How To Be a Better Ally

The third seminar in our NeuroCyber 2021 series took place on Friday 20th August

Session content

Everyone needs 'support' to be successful - how to have positive discussions about people's environmental and working "preferences'' to create conditions that encourage high performing teams.

In this session Sam describes how to have positive discussions about people's environmental and working "preferences" (to create conditions that encourage high performing teams).

Sam said "embracing human diversity is essential to being a healthy society and a successful business. Neurodiversity is perhaps something people know less about and I want to make sure we understand the value of different thinking."

"I would like to see collaboration across our sector (and beyond) to raise awareness of neurodiversity and I am very optimistic that we can change perceptions, create opportunities and really appreciate talent in all its forms."

Sam also has another great book recommendation.
