CIPD have a guide to neurodiversity at work

They invite employers to "learn more about neurodiversity, the benefits for organisations, and how to support neurodivergent people to be comfortable and successful at work"


Written from the perspective of the HR function, it explores many of the advantages organisations already employing neurodiverse people appreciate, as well as providing the starting point for both greater awareness and action.
