Upcoming research

Building on the NeuroUnity Report, our initial programme will focus on six priority areas:

• Neurotype-specific workplace experiences

• Building the Neuro-Inclusive Employer Toolkit

• AI and assistive technologies in cybersecurity workplaces

• Improving onboarding, retention and career progression

• Creating more accessible pathways into cybersecurity careers

• Strengthening the business case for neuro-inclusive employment

 

Alongside these projects, we'll publish thought leadership, practical guidance and evidence-based resources that help employers create more inclusive workplaces and support neurodivergent people throughout their careers.​​
