Steph Aldridge appointed Trustee of NeuroCyber CIO

NeuroCyber CIO is delighted to announce the appointment of Steph Aldridge as a Trustee, following the organisation’s recent confirmation of its charitable status.

Steph has been a driving force behind NeuroCyber since its inception, bringing extensive experience, passion and a strong commitment to making cybersecurity careers more accessible and inclusive for neurodivergent talent.

In her role as Trustee, Steph will help shape NeuroCyber’s strategic direction and support its mission to improve career outcomes and opportunities for neurodivergent people across the cybersecurity profession.

Steph’s involvement with NeuroCyber has already made a significant contribution to its development. Her understanding of neurodiversity, cybersecurity and the challenges faced by neurodivergent people entering and progressing within the profession brings valuable insight to the Trustee team.

Her appointment marks a further step forward for NeuroCyber as it begins this next chapter as a registered charity, strengthening its ability to deliver research, education, advocacy and practical initiatives that support a more inclusive cybersecurity profession.
